More recently, Hu played a vampire in the hit teen TV series, "Vampire Diaries". Interspersed through all of this, Hu has had a very successful modeling career. She has modeled in Japan and Italy.

I believe this picture is from a Maxim spread. Of course, she did play a cop so that may have played into this as well.
